Meet the team - Kotie

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗞𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶. Kotie is one of the founding members of Big3 Evolution. She has been involved with SYSPRO since 2004 and has extensive experience in SYSPRO and SQL. Being involved on both sides of the spectrum – as consultant and client - Kotie has a deep understanding of the intricacies that clients deal with daily, and to service them within the required time frame. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology obtained from the University of Pretoria in 2007.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝟯 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? I follow a holistic approach: talking to our team members on a daily basis, keeping existing clients satisfied, continuously searching for new opportunities, and striving to learn something new every day.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗬𝗢𝗨? In the workspace, I aim to impress with my brains, and therefore will always remain an undercover academic! I strive to be the mother my children deserve and to be strong and courageous for them.

I believe all human beings are inherently good and that everyone is worthy to be heard.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲? My mother and my daughter, who continuously teach me to never give up, regardless of the circumstances.
