Kotie Du Bery
Co-founder &
Business Solutions Director
Kotie, a founding member of Big3 Evolution, has a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria (2007) and extensive experience in SYSPRO and SQL since 2004.
She has held leadership roles, including team lead for business systems at Aerosud Aviation, and has contributed to SYSPRO ERP rollouts. Kotie and her team are committed to fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
Yvette Cronjé
Co-founder &
Business Solutions Director
Yvette, a founding member of Big3 Evolution, is certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) Demand Driven Planning (CDDP). Since 2005, she has specialized in Procurement Sale Order modules within SYSPRO and became a partner in January 2019. An expert in Business Intelligence, she utilizes SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, and ZAP BI, leading implementation projects for business and financial across retail and manufacturing industries.
Annancia Steenkamp
SYSPRO Consultant
Annancia has been utilizing SYSPRO since 2007, with a focus on its Finance modules.
She has deepened her expertise by obtaining various SYSPRO certifications.
In her former position at Aerosud Holdings, she tailored and optimized SYSPRO solutions for Airbus, demonstrating her skill in boosting operational efficiency.

Priya Pillay
SYSPRO Administrator
Priya has been with SYSPRO since 2013, gaining extensive experience in the ERP system. As the SYSPRO at Big3 Evolution, she optimizes and manages SYSPRO implementations. She holds a CPIM Certification SAPICS, demonstrating her expertise in production and inventory management, which applies to improve manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence for her clients.
Yolani Steenekamp
Communications, Marketing & Social Media
Yolani is an experienced marketing professional with a BCom in Marketing Management from University of Southern Africa. Since 2020, she has been with Big3 Evolution, effectively representing brands at international events and media activities. Her skills include travel coordination, media releases, and interview management, making her an invaluable asset.
Gerhard van Staden
Junior SYSPRO Consultant
Gerhard joined Big3 Evolution as a Junior SYSPRO Consultant in 2025. proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks makes him an invaluable asset to the Big3 team.
